A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensure of wholesale drug distributors, third-party logistics providers, and manufacturers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Pharmacy.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 26, 2020, authorized under the authority of §60A-8-9 of this code, modified by the Board of Pharmacy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 2, 2020, relating to the Board of Pharmacy (licensure of wholesale drug distributors, third party logistics providers, and manufacturers, 15 CSR 05), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensure of wholesale drug distributors, third party logistics providers, and manufacturers.
