AN ACT to repeal §18B-1-8b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the repeal of an outdated section of code providing for the merger and consolidation of the West Virginia graduate college with Marshall University.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§18B-1-8b. Repeal of section relating to Marshall University Graduate College.

That §18B-1-8b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
