A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensing procedures for osteopathic physicians.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous Agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2018, authorized under the authority of §30-14-14 of this code, relating to the Board of Osteopathic Medicine (licensing procedures for osteopathic physicians, 24 CSR 1), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensing procedures for osteopathic physicians.
