AN ACT to repeal §33-4A-1, §33-4A-2, §33-4A-3, §33-4A-4, §33-4A-5, §33-4A-6, §33-4A-7, and §33-4A-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to repealing the creation of an all-payer claims database.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

§1. Repeal of article creating the all-payor claims database.

That §33-4A-1, §33-4A-2, §33-4A-3, §33-4A-4, §33-4A-5, §33-4A-6, §33-4A-7, and §33-4A-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.
