The purpose of this bill is to require the state and its political subdivisions to utilize net neutral internet services to assure receipt of impartial information; providing legislative findings on necessity for fair government requiring impartial access to internet resources; providing for prohibited acts by persons providing internet services to the state; and providing exceptions thereto.
