Summary

The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to appropriate federal funds out of the Treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, to the Department of Commerce, WorkForce West Virginia – Workforce Investment Act, fund 8749 for expenditure during the fiscal year 2016.
