Summary

The purpose of this bill is to establish a tax credit for owners or lessors of residential properties that allow for a first time or second chance opportunity for housing to houseless individuals, justice impacted persons, assault victims, veterans, and adults who age out of the foster care system. The bill also provides for rule-making authority.
