Summary
The purpose of this bill is to clarify that time-sharing plans, accommodations and facilities are subject to regulation by the Division of Land Sales and Condominiums. The bill grants the Division of Land Sales and Condominiums the authority to seek relief, in addition to declaratory or injunctive relief, in circuit courts.
