Summary

The purpose of this bill is to clarify that members of DSRS, MPFRS and EMSRS first employed in covered employment shall participate in only one retirement system administered by CPRB in which the member has the earliest hire date; and to specify that members of PERS, State Police (Plan B) and TRS employed in an additional job in DSRS, MPFRS or EMSRS shall participate in and abide by the concurrent employment provisions of said system administered by CPRB.
