Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide that the license of any person who is working on behalf of West Virginia or the United States out of the United States does not expire until six months after that person returns to West Virginia. The bill also provides that the driver’s license of family members of persons in the Armed Forces of the United States do not expire until six months after separation from the service by the military member.
