Delegate Hansen moves to amend SB171 on page 2, Section 3, line 32, by striking out the word "may" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "shall"; and on page 2, Section 3, line 38, by striking out the word "may" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "shall".
