SB1014 HFA Fluharty 5-20

Delegate Fluharty moves to amend the bill on page 3, Section 21, following the period by inserting a new sentence to read as follows:

"Any++ person that fraudulently represents that he or she is serving as a presidential elector who was not lawfully elected or appointed shall be guilty of a felony and be subject to imprisonment in a state correctional facility for a period of one to three years and be subject to a fine of up to $5,000."
