RESOLVED by the Senate, That during the 2020 Special Session I of the General Assembly, summoned by proclamation of the Governor on July 17, 2020, to begin on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, that, after the special session is convened for the first time, it may stand in recess from time to time until reconvened by the call of the Chair of the Senate Committee on Rules with at least 48 hours' notice.
