An Act to allow agencies of the Commonwealth and local
governments to refer to Buggs Island Lake by other names.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. Notwithstanding House Joint Resolution No. 51
(1952), all agencies of the Commonwealth and local government may also refer to
Buggs Island Lake as the John H. Kerr Reservoir or Kerr Lake.
