CHAPTER 633 An Act to amend and reenact §30-209 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the scheduled expiration of the Commission on Electric Utility Regulation. [S 815] Approved March 30, 2018

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §30-209 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§30-209. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2018 2020.
