VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to direct the State Corporation Commission to issue its
final order on certain projects within a certain timeframe.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. The State Corporation Commission (the Commission) shall issue its final order for certificates of public convenience and necessity regarding projects identified by PJM Interconnection, LLC, as part of Baseline Project b3718 no later than 270 days after the filing date by a utility. For such projects filed by a utility prior to January 1, 2023, the Commission shall issue its final order for certificates of public convenience and necessity within 90 days of the effective date of this act.
