Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the second enactment of Chapter 574 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017 is amended and reenacted as follows:
2. That Chapter 51.1 (§3.2-5146 et seq.) of Title 3.2 of
the Code of Virginia, as created by this act, shall expire upon the effective
date of the repeal of 21 C.F.R. Part 112 or on July 1, 2022, whichever
occurs sooner.
