RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission as follows:

The Honorable Wesley G. Marshall, of the City of Richmond, as a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission for a term of six years commencing June 1, 2024.
