HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 4043 Offered July 9, 2019 Prefiled July 9, 2019 Commending Biotrek Adventure Travels. ---------- Patron-- Guzman ----------

WHEREAS, Biotrek Adventure Travels, an international cultural tour agency, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2019; and

WHEREAS, Sunny Reynolds, owner and manager of Biotrek Adventure Travels, started the business in Warrenton in 1991; and

WHEREAS, Biotrek Adventure Travels offers a culturally rich experience to all patrons who embark on its tours abroad, which emphasize each country's unique natural environment and customs; and

WHEREAS, Biotrek Adventure Travels offers trips to Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, the Galapagos Islands, Guatemala, India, Morocco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Peru, Portugal, and Tanzania, as well as excursions to Antarctica and the Arctic; and

WHEREAS, individual travel desires and physical activity levels are always taken into account with programs such as Merengue dance nights, white water rafting, and trips to national monuments and local festivals; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Biotrek Adventure Travels hereby be commended on the occasion of its 25th anniversary; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Sunny Reynolds of Biotrek Adventure Travels as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the organization's work to promote cultural inclusion and understanding through travel.
