Commending Scott M. Hamberger.

WHEREAS, Scott M. Hamberger, co-president and chief executive officer of Integrus Holdings, Inc., helped found an upscale consumer tableware company that has grown to become a global leader in commercial foodservice and fine-quality consumer tableware; and

WHEREAS, Scott Hamberger and his brother, Eric, started what today is called Fortessa Tableware Solutions, LLC, which is part of Integrus Holdings, Inc.; over the years, the brothers built the Loudoun County company into a well-regarded innovator in the design, manufacture, and distribution of fine quality tableware; and

WHEREAS, Integrus Holdings' core values are loyalty, integrity, leadership, and innovation; the company cultivates long-term relationships with its corporate customers and focuses on delivering high-quality products that meet the exacting standards of the foodservice industry; and

WHEREAS, Scott Hamberger is an avid and passionate entrepreneur committed to best business practices; under his leadership, Fortessa Tableware Solutions now serves the global foodservice market and also has a growing share of the high-end consumer market; and

WHEREAS, Fortessa Tableware Solutions is headquartered in Sterling, and Scott Hamberger helped chart the company's expansion into Canada, Europe, and Asia; he also established the only free trade zone for international commerce in the Dulles District; and

WHEREAS, Scott Hamberger heads Fortessa Tableware Solutions' development, business processes, marketing, and growth strategy; he has successfully led the company as the industry has changed, establishing the company as an industry leader; and

WHEREAS, under Scott Hamberger's leadership, Fortessa Tableware Solutions diversified to serve many areas of the commercial foodservice industry, the online and retail consumer market, retail outlets, and the rental market; and

WHEREAS, Scott Hamberger has overseen Integrus Holdings' strong growth, and the enterprise now includes Sterling Restaurant Supply and Rental Resource Partners, which serves the catering and rental markets; and

WHEREAS, Scott Hamberger, who is a graduate of Georgetown University, is past chair of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet; he also serves on the boards of Marymount University and Inova Loudoun Hospital and is a member of the Loudoun County Government Reform Commission; and

WHEREAS, Scott Hamberger stays in the forefront of the foodservice industry; Fortessa Tableware Solutions is a founding sponsor of Farm-to-Fork Loudoun, which encourages restaurants to buy fresh ingredients from local sources, and the company also has partnered with the United States Healthful Foods Council to promote healthier eating habits; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly hereby commend Scott M. Hamberger, co-president and chief executive officer of Integrus Holdings, Inc., for his vision and business expertise; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Scott M. Hamberger as an expression of the General Assembly's respect and admiration for his leadership and success.
