VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 32.1-11.7, relating to the State Board of Health; guidelines for cleanup of residential property used as clandestine drug lab.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 32.1-11.7 as follows:

§32.1-11.7. Guidelines for cleanup of residential property used as clandestine drug lab.

The Board, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Quality and other relevant entities, shall establish guidelines for the cleanup of residential property formerly used as a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.
