VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to direct the Department of Medical Assistance Services to amend in its regulations the definition of "credentialed addiction treatment professional" to include licensed behavior analysts. [H 503] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Department of Medical Assistance Services shall amend in its regulations the definition of "credentialed addiction treatment professional" to include licensed behavior analysts.
