A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section
numbered 32.1-4.1, relating to preventing public and private imposition of
non-FDA-vaccines; creates new code subsection.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 32.1-4.1 as follows:
§32.1-4.1. FDA-Approved Vaccines.
No public or private entity may require a person to submit to a vaccine that is not an FDA-approved vaccine.
