CHAPTER 192
An Act to repeal §18.2-104 of the Code of Virginia, relating to punishment for conviction of second or subsequent misdemeanor larceny.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §18.2-104 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
