CHAPTER 264 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 55-510.3, relating to the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act; notice to lot owners of pesticide use. [H 2290] Approved March 18, 2011

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 55-510.3 as follows:

§ 55-510.3. Common areas; notice of pesticide application.

The association shall post notice of all pesticide applications in or upon the common areas. Such notice shall consist of conspicuous signs placed in or upon the common areas where the pesticide will be applied at least 48 hours prior to the application.
