CHAPTER 423 An Act to require the Board of Health to amend regulations governing newborn screening to include screening for congenital cytomegalovirus in newborns who fail the newborn hearing screen. [H 2026] Approved March 18, 2019

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Board of Health shall amend regulations governing newborn screening to include screening for congenital cytomegalovirus in newborns who fail the newborn hearing screen.
