Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 33.2-201.1 as follows:

§33.2-201.1. Weighting of votes cast by certain Board members.

Votes cast by voting members of the Board appointed from highway construction districts shall be weighted according to the populations of their districts at the most recent census.
