A BILL to amend and reenact §29.1-303.1 of the Code of
Virginia, relating to hunting license; resident trip license.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §29.1-303.1 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§29.1-303.1. Trip hunting licenses.
Nonresidents or residents
of the Commonwealth may purchase a nonresident
trip hunting license in lieu of the nonresident
hunting license required by subdivision 3 of
§29.1-303. The duration for which the license shall be valid shall be
established by the Board. The fee for the
nonresident trip hunting license shall be established by
the Board and may be revised pursuant to §29.1-103.
