Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. That the portion of Virginia Route 13 in Powhatan County between Virginia Route 1002 (Emmanuel Church Road) and Cumberland County is hereby designated the "Trooper Michael Walter Memorial Highway." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this highway. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portions thereof.
