Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. That the portion of U.S. Route 220 in Botetourt County between State Route 43 (Narrow Passage Road) and the boundary line between Botetourt and Alleghany Counties is hereby designated the "Norvel LaFallette Ray Lee Memorial Highway." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this highway. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portions thereof.
