Summary
Commissioner of accounts; prohibit appointment of General Assembly members. Prohibits any attorney who is a member of the General Assembly or any attorney who is an employee or member of the same law firm or corporate law department as a General Assembly member from being appointed or accepting an appointment as a commissioner of accounts or deputy commissioner of accounts.
