Summary

Alcoholic Beverage Control; gifts by licensees. Allows retail licensees and their employees to give gifts of alcohol to their patrons, limited to one alcoholic beverage per patron within a 24-hour period and limited to one bottle of wine per group of two or more patrons within a 24-hour period.
