Deed recordation; address transfer for taxation. Requires that the commissioner of revenue of a jurisdiction shall, upon receipt and review of the recordation receipt from the clerk of the circuit court of his jurisdiction, ensure that the land book is updated to reflect each grantee and property address or any other such address as may be specified in writing by the grantee for the delivery of future tax bills. Deed recordation; address transfer for taxation.
