State Coordinator of Emergency Management; establishment of Emergency Management Equity Working Group. Provides for the State Coordinator of Emergency Management to establish an Emergency Management Equity Working Group to ensure that emergency management programs and plans provide support to at-risk individuals and populations disproportionately impacted by disasters.
