Summary

Alcoholic beverage control; special agents. Requires the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board to adopt a regulation prohibiting ABC special agents from using or threatening to use deadly force in the arrest or detention of a person suspected of underage possession of alcohol, unless the agent has a reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury.
