Summary

Workers' compensation; repetitive motion injuries. Provides that a physical injury, including the condition of carpal tunnel syndrome, that results from repetitive motion shall be treated as an injury by accident for purposes of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act. The bill also removes a provision that declares carpal tunnel syndrome to be an ordinary disease of life.
