Certain fines and costs; payment agreements; temporary suspension on accrual of interest; referral to collections; due date extension; emergency. Suspends temporarily the due dates and deadlines for certain fines and costs, along with the accrual of interest on such fines and costs. The bill also temporarily suspends the referral to collections of unsatisfied judgments and the failure to make payments on a deferred payment or installment agreement. The bill contains an emergency clause, and the provisions of the bill expire on May 1, 2021.
