Summary

Use of toy vehicle on highways. Prohibits the use of a toy vehicle on any roadway or highway by eliminating exceptions that currently allow the use of toy cars on roadways and highways that have speed limits no greater than 25 miles per hour, have no more than two travel lanes, or are located within a residence district.
