Summary

Parking certain large vehicles; local ordinances. Authorizes local governing bodies, by ordinance, to prohibit or limit the parking of certain large vehicles adjacent to residential areas. The bill limits the exemption from local ordinances regarding parking of certain large vehicles in commercial business areas for vehicles waiting to be loaded or unloaded to those vehicles whose waiting period lasts no more than one hour.
