Summary
Alcoholic beverage control; disclosure of alcohol by volume content by certain retail licensees; civil penalty. Requires retail licensees that are authorized to sell and serve alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption to provide customers with information regarding the alcohol by volume content for each type of alcoholic beverage sold and served on the premises, subject to a civil penalty for violations of this requirement.
