Summary
Professional regulation; exemptions from license requirements for architects and professional engineers; onsite sewage systems receiving residential wastewater. Removes certain requirements from the exemption from licensure as an architect or professional engineer for persons who prepare plans, specifications, documents, and designs for conventional and alternative onsite sewage systems receiving residential wastewater. The bill removes the requirement that any such plans, specifications, documents, or designs utilize packaged equipment generally, changes the allowable flow rate from 1,000 to 1,200 gallons per day, and removes stipulations related to the inclusion of pumps.
