Adds to the definition of family or household members, for the purposes of definitions relating to juvenile and domestic relations district courts and multiple criminal and procedural statutes, step-brothers and step-sisters of a person and any individual who is a guardian, legal custodian, or other person standing in loco parentis of a person, or is a ward or dependent of such individual, regardless of whether such individual resides in the same home with the person.
