Summary

Child Pornography Images Registry; exemptions from disclosure, etc. Provides that records related to child abuse and exploitation that are in the possession of the Department of State Police pursuant to its duties in maintaining the Child Pornography Images Registry are exempt from the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and the Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act and that the Registry is not subject to the Virginia Information Technologies Agency.
