Common interest communities; professionally managed associations. Provides with respect to the Property Owners' Association Act and the Virginia Condominium Act that a management contract that contains an automatic renewal provision may be terminated by the association or unit owners' association, as the case may be, or the common interest community manager of either such association at any time without cause upon not less than 60 days' written notice.
