Summary
A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the Mexico City policy should be permanently established. Expresses the sense of the Senate that: (1) the President should immediately reapply and consider improving the Mexico City Policy (requires foreign nongovernmental organizations receiving certain types of U.S. assistance to certify that they will not perform or actively promote abortion as a method of family planning), and (2) Congress should expeditiously consider statutory changes that permanently codify such policy.
