Summary

Directs the President to impose property- and visa-blocking sanctions on persons responsible for various acts of censorship in China. Specifically, such sanctions shall apply to persons that engage in acts to (1) prohibit or limit the exercise of free expression and assembly in China, (2) penalize Chinese citizens for the public dissemination of accurate epidemiological information, or (3) limit access to media in China. The President shall periodically update the list of sanctioned persons, which shall be publicly available.
