Summary
Provides for the removal of federal employees and employees of government contractors convicted of a sexual assault offense that was committed while so employed. Specifically, federal entities and government contractors must remove from employment or terminate an employee who is convicted of a sexual assault offense that was committed while employed by the entity or contractor. Further, federal entities and government contractors may not provide a raise, award a bonus, or promote an employee who engaged in a nonconsensual sexual act that was part of an unlawful employment practice by the employer.
