Summary

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of a rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Oil and Natural Gas Sector: Emission Standards for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources". This joint resolution nullifies the Environmental Protection Agency's rule published on June 3, 2016, that revised new source performance standards under the Clean Air Act and established new standards for emissions of greenhouse gases and volatile organic compounds from the oil and natural gas sector.
