Summary

Clyde Kennard Congressional Gold Medal Act Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to arrange for the posthumous presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal in commemoration of Clyde Kennard in recognition of his sacrifice for education equality. Requires the medal, following its presentation, to be awarded to the Mississippi State Conference of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to be available for display or temporary loan for display elsewhere.
