Summary

Requires the value of the surface and subsurface estate of the Orange Hill Parcel in Alaska to be determined by Interior through an appraisal performed by an independent and qualified appraiser in accordance with specified appraisal standards. The appraisal shall take into account mineral and technical reports provided by Interior and the Northwest Explorations Joint Venture in evaluating mineral deposits on the parcel.
